I like the map in the video. Having something a little different would be nice. Something that i've done on past servers is use MCMMO, and it really adds things do the game by adding skills and leveling up. It also makes for some good competition on the server to see who can reach the highest level.

Wasn't it determined yesterday that this mod removed all naturally generated structures like ocean monuments and such, and that's why most people said no to it? Because no ocean monuments mean no guardians and no guardian farm and that means no sea lanterns or prismarine blocks.. And it made villages much more rare too? I am actually pretty sure that the village spawn rate doesn't change but it may just seem that way. Also I took a look at the RTG settings file and found that you can configure it for Ocean monuments to generate. As long as the normal vanilla minecraft is 100% the same, I don't care what you guys do concerning the world generation. I voted no simply because adding a mod to a vanilla server was going against the thing I looked for when joining and I was fearing lag. Since that's pretty much certain it won't happen, then if it will make you guys happy, please. Just do it and let us get this over with so we can start the work on the new map. Just please make sure we have access to all vanilla features, like for example ocean monuments I'll change my vote to "don't care" just to make you guys happy.

I used RTG on a server I managed back in the day, and it was awesome. Something to note though. There seems to be a lot of talk about using the mod to generate the map, then rolling back to vanilla. This will cause all kinds of issues like biomes not remaining the same. Under RTG you'll have a forest, then when you roll back to Vanilla you'll notice it no longer rains and you'll find the forest is now a desert. And the biome boarders will be all screwed up as well. Like, under RTG you might have a desert, but without it, the sand will all be the same, but half of it might be considered a mesa and the other ocean. It gets really weird. I guess what I'm saying is that, if we decide to use RTG, unless everyone is cool with a very strange world, we have to keep RTG or reset to a new map... again. And just to chime in on the Mods thing... I can agree (while fighting down vomit, mind) to this RTG mod, ONLY because it doesn't change anything about the way the game is played and only effects the terrain. I am going to vehemently disagree with adding ANY mod that changes adds new or altered game play. I searched for hours to find this server and passed hundreds of vanillaPlus and modded servers. It's not why I came here. If we start pushing a load of mods... I don't know, I guess I'll be looking for a new server... and I'd miss you guys... don't make me miss you guys, keep sunflower vanilla
