Official rules:
1. Stealing is NOT allowed.
Stealing. An easy crime to do. You CANNOT take items from another player without their permission. Now, if someone takes a few planks of wood from someone that's completely different, but it's still rude. If you are really desperate for a BASIC item that you need to use quickly, take note of where/whom you took it from and leave them a sign. Any reports of theft are followed up by a check of the logs to find a time frame and suspect count which is then narrowed down. Player data is also checked. It's not worth doing, we'll know.
2. Do not ask for spawned items or teleports. Everyone plays on survival, even ops.
Everyone plays equally on this server, even the owner. Nobody will get a teleport unless the circumstances are absolutely severe. Nobody will be in creative unless the circumstances are absolutely severe. Nobody will be spawning in items unless the circumstances are absolutely severe. Nobody will be spawning in items unless the circumstances are absolutely...oh you get the point. In any case, the severe circumstances will most likely be during server events. This rule includes asking for the seed.
3. Griefing is NOT allowed.
The bane of every server. Griefing is taken very seriously here. Although rare, griefing still happens, even on a tight-knit community server such as this. If a griefing does occur, a rollback can be made from just a very short while back, making the griefing a waste of time - it's not hard finding out who did it either.
4. No hacking, using modifications or see-through texture packs/cheat packs. The only mod currently allowed is Optifine.
X-ray is strictly banned. Anyone caught x-raying is subject to a ban, same with other modifications. Signs of x-raying are obvious and will be traced back to the person. Don't risk getting banned for a few diamonds. If you have a mod installed and you're unsure about it, ask. You won't get in trouble for asking!
5. Use common sense; don't annoy, abuse, deceit or disrespect the server or community.
This rule covers a lot, most of which is self-explanatory. Did a creeper blow up next to someone's house? Place a sign and offer to help them after, mistakes happen! Is there a spawner here that you won't use? Don't destroy it. Another player may want to use it. Found uncovered diamonds in a stripmine? Leave it. Someone knows they're there and is most likely going to get them later on. Want to kill a wither? Do it underground. Have a chicken cooker with 500 chickens in? Destroy it, don't lag the server to smithereens. Is a player AFK at a mob farm? Don't steal their XP.
6. Do NOT kill the first Ender Dragon. This is done as a server event.
This includes destroying the obsidian pillars beforehand. This should be pretty obvious. The first Ender Dragon is killed by the majority of the server later on in the map. After that feel free to respawn the Ender Dragon to kill it.
7. Do not exploit in-game glitches.
This includes duplicating items or having any kind of unfair advantage over other players.
Recommended: (Not official rules)
1. Do NOT hit pigmen in the Nether.
This will cause a swarm of pigmen which harasses all other players in the Nether. Try to be careful if you need to hit a pigman, and don't hit them around other people.
2. Engage with the community!
Don't just run off 10,000 blocks away and build a house. Stick around spawn for a bit! Say hello to people when they log on. Join our group chats on Skype and Discord. Participate in server events. Engage with others on the forums. Vote for other applicants. Give advice on other applications. Things like these really make the community more tight-knit and makes Sunflower Kingdom more like a group of friends rather than a server.

If at first you don't succeed, give up.
